• Once submitted, the application fee will not be returned under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation by Applicant

• Applicants may cancel their application before the deadline, if permitted.
• However, cancellation does not guarantee any refund of the application fee.

4. Cancellation by Authority

• The Municipal Board reserves the right to cancel any application if:
