Municipal Board Rawatbhata – Sardar Bhagat Singh Nagar

1. Eligibility

  • Applicant must be a permanent resident (domicile) of Rajasthan and must provide valid proof.
  • Applicant must fulfill eligibility criteria defined by Municipal Board.
  • Only one application per family is allowed.

2. Application Process

  • The registration fee paid for participation is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The application fee shall be refundable only if no plot is allotted to the applicant through the lottery process.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the time frame decided by the Municipal Board Rawatbhata.

3. Lottery System

  • Plots will be allotted through a transparent lottery system.
  • Lottery results will be final and binding.
  • No manual intervention will be allowed.

4. Payment Terms

  • Selected applicants must complete payment within the specified time.
  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of allotment.

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Board reserves the right to cancel any application if found invalid.

6. General Conditions

  • Municipal Board reserves all rights to modify terms.
  • All disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction.

Rawatbhata is a town and municipality in Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan. It is located approximately 50 km from Kota and is well connected to major routes through Kota.
